Club Meetings, Events, Tours and Other Car Events

The Club meets on the second Tuesday of each month at 7:00 PM at the Sedona Public Library at 3250 White Bear Rd. The meeting begins with club business discussion, usually followed by a guest speaker, and concluded with treats and a social gathering

Tours & Events Director schedules the car cruises, lunches, parades and other fun activities. The following calendar is the most up-to-date list of what is scheduled so far.

Arizona and The Verde Valley have a wide variety of car-related events and activities. The following lists the events from other car clubs in the area. Many supporting worthy causes and community programs.

1/07: New Year Breakfast at Randall's and Cars and Coffee at Firecreek on Mingus Ave, Cottonwood

Club members stopped by for the monthly Cars and Coffee at Firecreek Cafe in Cottonwood, then enjoyed a hearty New Year breakfast at Randalls Restaurant

Car club members enjoyed a scenic drive on Page Springs Rd to Brewha Social Eatery in Cornville, a delicious lunch and great conversation.....

3/18: 51st Annual St Patrick's Day Parade

The annual Sedona St. Patrick's Day parade is a favorite event for the Sedona Car Club. The weather was spectacular, and lot's of fun was had by all......

Following the parade, it was a short jaunt to Cafe Jose for lunch.

5/13: Mother's Day Lunch at Juniper Bar and Grill (VOC)

Mother's Day is always a special outing by the club, and this year was no exception. We had a great turnout for lunch at the Juniper Bar and Grill at the Sedona Golf Resort in VOC.

5/15: Car Display for the residents at Haven Health of Cottonwood

The club is always up for a car display. This one was for the residents of Haven Health of Cottonwood.

The annual picnic is always a fun event. This year we were at the Dead Horse Ranch State Park in Cottonwood.

This month's event was a little summer cruise to the best burger place in the Verde Valley - G's Burgers in Cornville.

9/17: Lunch and Wine Tasting at Cove Mesa Vineyard Tasting Room, Cornville

This event featured some lunch and wine tasting at one of the newest wine venues in the Verde Valley - Cove Mesa Vineyard Tasting Room in Cornville.

9/26: Car Display at Haven Health of Sedona

The club is always up for a car display. This month we were at Haven Health in Sedona.

10/26: Autumn Leaves and Trees driving tour to Payson

Fall is a marvelous time so see the Fall colors in Arizona. A small group of members did that and had lunch at Crosswinds Restaurant. Following lunch they toured Choice Auto Sales in Payson.

11/16: Kart racing-Octane Raceway, Scottsdale 1pm, followed by dinner at White Chocolate Grill

It had been nearly three years since the club had been kart racing. A group of clubbers and guests trekked down to Scottsdale for an afternoon of racing at Octane Raceway.

Following an afternoon of tearing up the track, we had another marvelous dinner at The White Chocolate Grill, also located in Scottsdale.

12/12: Christmas Lunch Celebration at The Juniper Grill (Sedona Golf Resort)

This year we had a luncheon instead of a dinner celebration. Everyone had a great time and The Juniper Grill (Sedona Golf Resort) served a great meal.

Also, we collected a bunch of new toys that were donated to the Sedona Food Bank.

The Sedona Car Club has made arrangements with Lands End for club members to order clothing and other merchandise with the Sedona Car Club logo.
